We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing items in original condition with tags attached and clear garment packaging including the SKU label.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How to Request a Return

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your full order.
  •  If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window starts after the final package is delivered.
  •  Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of return request submission to be eligible for a full refund.

Important Notes

  •  Items returned without meeting our conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Dresses
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return. We’ll send you a confirmation email when your refund has been completed.
